Deer at half the price

We’ve moved out to the park’s stable block, to make room for new employees in the south hill offices. In some ways it’s a bit like the move to working from home I made at my last place of work—a little haphazard, with technical problems and missing communication—only much less stressful, as technical problems simply get solved one by one, and fun co-workers to talk to as opposed to cuddly toys and the walls.

Also there are currently deer outside our windows, trotting around on the driveway that leads up here. From out the back we can hear peacock cries, and when I went out to the car yesterday one bird had its whole tail unfurled, about one and a half times as wide as I am tall.
