There is a light that’s never stubbed out

It’s with a heavy heart that I announce the end of the band I’ll always know as Step On Stubby. We didn’t even look for gigs, let alone get any. That alone was probably an early warning that we were all too busy with other things—passing exams and moving to London, buying a house and working ten-hour days, and marriage and noodly web-projects respectively—to really concentrate on the music enough to not have to brush weeks of rust off our performance each rehearsal.

Sales of our Cave Street Session have increased astronomically since rumours began that we were splitting up, of course. I’ll digitally autograph your downloads for you if you ask nicely.
