Scouting for Lyrics

Thanks to my contacts in the music industry, I’ve found myself in possession of a leaked document containing draft lyrics for the next song by Scouting for Girls. This is intended to be the hit follow-up to She’s so Lovely and Heartbeat. It’s called “Lovely Heartbeat” and here are the words:

Scouting for Girls
Have go’ a new song
Iss not too short
An iss not too long

It sounds a lot
Like the last one
If you buy them bowf
You might feel donne

[Chorus]
She’s so lov-a-lee, she’s so lov-a-lee, she’s so lov-a-lee:
I skip a heartbeat
She’s so lov-a-lee, she’s so lov-a-lee, she’s so lov-a-lee

We’re cheeky
We’re chappy
Our songs sound like we’re terminally ‘appy

We’re poppy
Chart-toppy
Much more o this an you’ll wish we’djust stoppy

[Middle 8]
I don’t know, I don’t know,
I don’t know how you’ve made it frouw vis
I don’t know, I don’t know,
I don’t know how you’ve made it frouw vis [repeat]

I fink vat you’ve got money
I fink vat you’ve got money
I fink vat you’ve got money (gull-i-i-bu-u-ll)
I fink vat you’ve got money (gull-i-i-bu-u-ll) [repeat]

I’m sure it’ll sell millions.
